What is a NAD+ IV?

NAD+ is a coenzyme in every cell that powers energy production and DNA repair. Levels decline with age. A NAD+ IV delivers it directly to your cells to support energy, mental clarity, recovery, and healthy aging.

How much does it cost?

NAD+ starts from $350 as an in-home drip, with dose and series options. Memberships and payment plans are available. New patients get 15% off their first service.

Why is it given so slowly?

NAD+ can cause a flushing or chest-tightness sensation if run too fast. We infuse it slowly for comfort — often 1 to 2+ hours — and adjust the rate to how you feel.

How many should I get?

Many start with a short series to "load," then move to maintenance. Your provider will recommend a plan for your goals.

Can I get NAD+ without a full IV?

Yes. NAD+ doesn't have to be its own infusion — it can be added to any IV drip alongside other add-ins, or your provider can send you home with a vial to self-inject subcutaneously, weekly or a couple times a week, depending on what's prescribed. A typical at-home vial is 1,000mg and, dosed at about 100mg per week, lasts up to 10 weeks.

Will I feel it right away?

Some feel clarity and energy the same day; for most, benefits build over a series.
