Getting started
How the practice works and how to see us.
Do you actually come to my house?
Yes. Every visit happens at your home, office or hotel. There's no clinic to drive to and no waiting room. That's the whole model.
What areas do you serve?
All of Palm Beach County, Florida, including West Palm Beach, Palm Beach, Palm Beach Gardens, Wellington, Royal Palm Beach, Loxahatchee and The Acreage, Westlake, Jupiter, Tequesta, Juno Beach, North Palm Beach, Riviera Beach, Greenacres, Lake Worth Beach, Boynton Beach, Delray Beach and Boca Raton.
Who performs the treatments?
Licensed nurse practitioners. The practice was founded in 2022 by Gabrielle Radabaugh, APRN, FNP-C, a Florida Advanced Practice Registered Nurse with autonomous practice authority.
Do I have to be an existing patient?
No. New patients are welcome, and you get 15% off your first service plus a complimentary consultation.
Can you see me at my office or a hotel?
Yes. Home, office or hotel anywhere in our Palm Beach County service area, whichever is easiest for you.
How do I book an appointment?
Text or call 561-216-7066, answered 8am to 8pm seven days a week, or book online any time.
Pricing and payment
Clear prices, no insurance games.
Do you take insurance?
No. We're a direct-pay concierge practice, so we don't bill insurance and our services aren't covered.
You can use HSA or FSA funds for eligible services, and we provide superbills on request. We can also call in lab orders, and the lab itself may be covered by your insurance.
How much does a mobile IV cost?
Our saline hydration drip starts at $125, and a new patient Myers cocktail is $129. Both include the nurse practitioner coming to you. Members save up to 25%.
What does Botox cost?
Botox starts at $13 per unit, administered at home by a licensed injector. New patients get 15% off their first service plus a complimentary consultation.
What do your other services cost?
Starting prices are in-home primary care from $100, a telehealth visit from $60, skin and aesthetics from $199, peptide therapy from $249, medical weight loss from $299, PRP hair restoration from $300 and lip filler from $650. Hormone therapy is custom and lab-guided.
Your exact plan is confirmed at your complimentary consultation. Full details are on our pricing page.
Is there a membership?
Three, all month to month with no contracts and no cancellation fees. Telehealth starts at $51 a month, Concierge Care at $155 and IV Therapy at $155. Members save up to 25% on every service. See the membership plans.
How do you take payment?
Cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. HSA and FSA funds are often eligible, and flexible payment plans are available.
What is your cancellation policy?
All appointments are held with a valid credit card at booking. Cancelling or rescheduling less than 24 hours in advance is a $25 charge, and a no-show without notice is $50.
What we treat
The services we bring to your door.
What kinds of IV drips do you offer?
Hydration, the Myers cocktail, immune support, recovery and performance, beauty, hangover, glutathione, NAD+ and Plaquex. We also do B12 and vitamin shots.
Your nurse practitioner assesses you before choosing or customizing a drip. More on our IV therapy page.
What injectable and skin treatments do you offer at home?
Botox, Jeuveau, brow lift, jaw slimming, dermal fillers, lip enhancement, cheek contouring, jawline definition, facial balancing, biostimulators, Kybella and spider vein treatment.

Do you offer weight loss and hormone care too?

Labs can be drawn at your home, so the whole thing happens without you going anywhere.
