Information on our website is provided for general educational purposes and is not medical advice. Viewing our website does not create a provider‑patient relationship. A provider‑patient relationship is formed only after you become a patient and are evaluated by our licensed provider.
All care is provided by or under the supervision of a licensed nurse practitioner and only when clinically appropriate. Individual results vary. With the exception of some lab work, we do not currently bill insurance; all fees are paid directly by the patient. We accept cash and major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover). HSA/FSA funds may be eligible — confirm with your plan administrator. Prices shown are starting‑from and are confirmed at your consultation; prices are subject to change.
Memberships are billed monthly, require no long‑term contract, and may be cancelled at any time without a cancellation fee. Memberships are not insurance and do not constitute an insurance plan. Membership benefits, discounts, and pricing are described on our Memberships page and may be updated from time to time.
By providing your contact information, you consent to receive communications from us, including text messages as described in our Privacy Policy. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to opt out of marketing texts. Consent to marketing messages is not a condition of purchase or of receiving care.
