Natural, balanced facial volume restored with dermal fillers
WHAT ARE DERMAL FILLERS

Volume Restored, Contours Refined

Dermal fillers use hyaluronic acid, a substance your skin already makes, to add volume beneath the surface. Unlike neurotoxins that relax muscles, fillers physically restore lost structure and definition.

Restores lost volume

Softens hollows in cheeks and under the eyes that come with natural aging.

Visible immediately

Results show the same day, with final settling over the following two weeks.

Reversible if needed

Hyaluronic acid fillers can be dissolved with an enzyme if you ever want them removed.

Pairs with neurotoxins

Often combined with Botox or Jeuveau for a complete, balanced refresh in one visit.

AN HONEST NOTE

We Don't Inject Under Your Eyes

Plenty of places will put filler right under your eyes and we've chosen not to. The skin there is the thinnest on your whole face and that area drains differently than everywhere else, so filler can hold onto water and leave you looking puffy, or sit just under the surface and cast a bluish shadow. Under-eye filler is honestly the number one thing people call us wanting corrected.

What we do instead is PRP, which uses your own platelets spun out of your blood right there at your kitchen table and placed into that thin skin to thicken it and improve the color and texture over a few sessions. It's working with your own tissue instead of adding a gel that doesn't belong there.

And a lot of the time the hollow under your eye isn't really an under-eye problem at all, it's volume loss in the cheek right below it. When that's the case we treat the cheek and midface with Teoxane RHA 4, and supporting the cheek lifts the whole area and softens the shadow without ever touching the under eye itself.

CHOOSING YOUR FILLER

The Fillers We Actually Use

These four are what's in the bag when we show up, and your nurse practitioner will tell you which one she's using and why before anything goes in. Every product is $650 a syringe.

Radiesse+
Calcium Hydroxylapatite
Best For

Jawline, chin and cheek structure

Duration

12 months or more

Why We Use It

It's the only injectable FDA approved for loss of jawline contour, and it doesn't just fill. It gets your own collagen and elastin going, so your skin keeps improving underneath after the volume settles. Lidocaine is already mixed in, so it's comfortable.

Teoxane RHA 4
Resilient Hyaluronic Acid
Best For

Cheeks, midface and temples

Duration

12-15 months

Why We Use It

It's FDA approved specifically for cheek and midface volume, and it's built to stretch. The gel is made without heat so it stays flexible and moves with you when you smile and talk, instead of looking stiff or done.

Teoxane RHA 3
Resilient Hyaluronic Acid
Best For

Lips and deeper folds

Duration

9-12 months

Why We Use It

This is our lip product. It's the same resilient gel as RHA 4 but softer, and it's FDA approved for lip augmentation, so lips still feel like lips and move naturally when you talk.

Evolysse Smooth
Hyaluronic Acid, Cold-X
Best For

Smile lines and nasolabial folds

Duration

Held through 12 months in the study

Why We Use It

It's made cold instead of with heat, which keeps the hyaluronic acid closer to what your skin already makes. In the head to head trial it beat Restylane-L at six and nine months and it needed less product to get there.

What about Juvederm, Restylane and Sculptra?

Those are the three names most people have heard of, so here's how what we carry lines up next to them. Juvederm is the one everybody knows for cheeks and deeper folds, and Teoxane RHA 4 is what we use in those same places. The difference is how it's made, because the RHA gel is processed without heat and stays stretchier, so it moves with your expression instead of sitting stiff when you smile.

Restylane is the classic pick for lips and finer lines, and RHA 3 is our version of that job, same soft placement with a more flexible gel. Evolysse Smooth covers the smile lines, and it went head to head against Restylane-L in the trial that got it approved and came out ahead at both six and nine months.

Sculptra is a collagen stimulator you build up over a series of visits, and we don't carry it, but Radiesse+ is a biostimulator too and it works a little differently because you get the volume the same day while the collagen builds underneath. If that's the direction you're leaning, our Biostimulators page goes deeper on it.

Radiesse+ is a biostimulator rather than a traditional hyaluronic acid filler, so it can't be dissolved with hyaluronidase the way the others can. Your nurse practitioner goes over that with you before you choose.

QUESTIONS

Dermal Filler FAQs

What's the difference between dermal fillers and Botox?

Botox and Jeuveau relax muscles to reduce movement lines. Fillers physically add volume to restore fullness and contour. Many patients in Palm Beach County use both together for a complete result.

How much do dermal fillers cost in Palm Beach County?

Pricing is per syringe starting around $650, and most areas need 1-2 syringes. Text us for exact pricing — new patients get 15% off their first service plus a complimentary consultation.

How do your fillers compare to Restylane and Juvederm?

We carry Radiesse+, Evolysse Smooth, and Teoxane RHA 4 and RHA 3 rather than Restylane or Juvederm. RHA 4 does the same job Juvederm is known for in the cheeks and midface, and it's made without heat so it stays flexible and moves with your expression. RHA 3 is our lip product where you'd expect Restylane, and Evolysse Smooth handles smile lines and actually beat Restylane-L at six and nine months in the trial that got it approved. Your injector picks the product based on your goals at your consultation.

Is at-home dermal filler treatment safe?

Yes. Every treatment is performed by a licensed, experienced injector using the same FDA-approved products and sterile technique used in a medical office, just in the comfort of your home or office.

Does getting dermal fillers hurt?

Most fillers contain a built-in numbing agent (lidocaine). We can also apply topical numbing cream beforehand. Discomfort is typically mild and brief.

How long do dermal filler results last?

The hyaluronic acid products, Evolysse Smooth and the RHA collection, generally run 9 to 15 months depending on the area, and Radiesse+ goes 12 months or more. Lips tend to metabolize faster than cheeks or jawline.

Is there any downtime after fillers?

Minimal. Some swelling or bruising is possible for a few days. Most patients return to normal activities immediately, avoiding intense exercise for 24-48 hours.

Can dermal fillers be dissolved or reversed?

The hyaluronic acid ones can. Evolysse Smooth, RHA 4 and RHA 3 all dissolve with an enzyme called hyaluronidase if you're ever unhappy with your results. Radiesse+ is calcium based instead, so it can't be dissolved that way and it wears off on its own.

How soon will I see my dermal filler results?

Immediately. Some swelling is normal on day one, with final shape and texture settling in over about two weeks.

QUESTIONS

Frequently Asked Questions

Which fillers do you use?

Radiesse+, Evolysse Smooth, and the Teoxane RHA collection, specifically RHA 4 and RHA 3. Your licensed nurse practitioner will tell you which one she's using and why before anything goes in. We don't currently carry Juvederm, Restylane or Sculptra.

Do you do under-eye filler?

No, and it's on purpose. The skin under the eye is the thinnest on your face and filler there can hold water, look puffy, or cast a bluish shadow, and it's the number one thing people call us wanting corrected. We use PRP under the eyes instead, and when the hollow is really coming from cheek volume loss we treat the cheek and midface with RHA 4 to lift the whole area.

What are dermal fillers?

Injectable gels that restore lost volume and smooth lines in the cheeks, lips, jawline and smile lines. Delivered to your home by our licensed nurse practitioner in Palm Beach County, with no waiting room and no drive across town.

How long do dermal fillers last?

The hyaluronic acid ones, meaning Evolysse Smooth and the RHA products, generally run 9 to 15 months depending on the area. Radiesse+ goes 12 months or more and keeps working underneath because it stimulates your own collagen.

Can filler be dissolved if I don't like it?

The hyaluronic acid ones can. Evolysse Smooth, RHA 4 and RHA 3 can all be dissolved with an enzyme called hyaluronidase. Radiesse+ is calcium based rather than hyaluronic acid, so it can't be dissolved that way and it wears off on its own instead. Your provider goes over that with you before you pick a product.

How much do fillers cost?

$650 a syringe for every product we carry. Most areas need 1 to 2 syringes, and your injector estimates that for you at your complimentary consultation. New patients get 15% off their first service.

Is there downtime?

Little to none. Mild swelling or bruising can occur and usually settles within a few days. You will get simple aftercare guidance from your provider.
