What you pay

The Whole Price, On One Page

Most weight loss companies make you start an intake before they'll tell you a number, and we think that's backwards, so here it is. These are the real prices and they're the same whether you're in Pensacola or Key West, because this is telehealth and it runs the whole state.

Your first month
$375

One price for getting started, and it's the same $375 no matter which program you and the provider land on.

  • Your appointment with a licensed Florida provider
  • Your evaluation and your plan
  • Your first month of medication, shipped to you
  • Your meal plan
  • Text access to a nurse or provider who has your chart
Every month after
From $299

What you pay from month two on depends only on which medication you're on, and your dose changes are included either way.

  • Semaglutide, a weekly shot, $299 a month
  • Tirzepatide, a weekly shot, $399 a month, and $449 at the higher doses
  • Oral appetite suppression, a daily pill, $200 a month
  • Your monthly check in with the provider is included
  • Month to month, so you can stop whenever you want
What is not included

The Things That Do Cost Extra, Said Plainly

There are a few things that sit outside the monthly price, and we'd rather you read them here than discover them in month three.

  • Blood work. Your provider will tell you on your visit whether you need baseline labs and what they run. Some people already have recent labs from their own doctor and we can work from those.
  • Branded medication. The prices on this page are for the compounded and generic options we prescribe. If you want a brand name product instead, that's filled through a retail pharmacy at whatever your pharmacy and your insurance charge, and that is usually several times what's listed here.
  • Peptides and add ons. If you and your provider decide to add something alongside your weight loss program, it's priced separately and you'll know the number before anything is ordered.
  • Anything outside weight loss. Hormone therapy, primary care and the rest of what Beyond Concierge Healthcare does are their own services at their own prices, listed on their own pages.
Insurance

Why We Don't Bill Insurance, And Why That Usually Works Out Cheaper

We're a cash pay practice, so we don't bill your insurance and we don't deal with prior authorizations. That sounds like a downside and sometimes it is, so here's the honest version of it.

Most insurance plans in Florida either don't cover weight loss medication at all or they cover it with a prior authorization that takes weeks and gets denied a good portion of the time, and a lot of people end up paying the full retail price of a branded drug anyway, which runs well over a thousand dollars a month. At $299 to $449 all in, including your provider and your dose changes, we're usually cheaper than that and we're definitely faster. If your plan does cover a branded GLP-1 and you can get it approved, that may genuinely be your better deal, and we'll tell you so on the visit rather than talk you out of it.

You can pay with a card, and you can use an HSA or FSA card the same way you'd use it anywhere else, though whether a particular expense is eligible is between you and your plan administrator.

Questions

The Things People Ask Us First

How much does medical weight loss cost in Florida?

At Beyond Concierge Healthcare it's $375 for your first month, and that includes your appointment with a licensed Florida provider, your first month of medication and your meal plan. After that it's from $299 a month depending on which medication you're on. Semaglutide is $299 a month, tirzepatide is $399 a month and $449 at the higher doses, and the oral appetite suppression option is $200 a month.

Is the medication included in the price?

Yes. The monthly price covers your medication, your provider visits and your dose changes, and it ships to your address in Florida at no extra charge. The only medications that sit outside the price are the brand name products filled through a retail pharmacy.

Are there any membership or consultation fees?

No. There's no membership fee and no separate consultation fee. Your first appointment is inside the $375 and there's nothing you pay on top of the monthly price.

What does the $375 first month include?

Your appointment with the provider, your medical evaluation, your plan, your first month of medication shipped to you, your meal plan, and text access to a nurse or provider who actually has your chart in front of them.

How much is it after the first month?

From $299 a month. Semaglutide is $299, tirzepatide is $399 and $449 at the higher doses, and the daily pill option is $200. Your monthly check in with the provider and your dose changes are included in all of those.

Do you take insurance?

No, Beyond Concierge Healthcare is a cash pay practice, so we don't bill insurance and there are no prior authorizations to wait on. You can use an HSA or FSA card, subject to your own plan's rules.

Is there a contract, and can I cancel?

It's month to month with no contract and no cancellation fee, so you can stop whenever you want. You don't have to prepay for a year to get the price on this page. Medication that has already been prescribed and shipped can't be returned or refunded.

How much does tirzepatide cost a month in Florida?

With us it's $399 a month, and $449 once you're on the higher doses, with your provider visits and your dose changes included and the medication shipped to you anywhere in Florida.

Why do the national weight loss apps advertise lower prices?

Usually because the lowest advertised number is an introductory rate, or it's the price only if you prepay for twelve months up front, and in some cases the provider visit or the medication is billed separately. Our price is the ongoing month to month price with everything in it, which is a different thing being measured.
