If you're shopping for weight loss medication in Florida you've probably already seen Hims, Ro and Found, and they're real companies doing real volume, so this page is our honest read on where each of us wins. We've included the parts where they beat us, because you're going to find those out anyway and we'd rather you hear them from us.
Prices and terms described here were read off each company's own published pages in October 2026 and they change often · check theirs before you decide

The national brands are built for scale and we're built for the opposite, so the comparison isn't really about which one is better. It's about whether you want the cheapest version of this or the version where somebody knows your name.
This is the thing worth understanding before you compare two numbers, because the two numbers are usually measuring different things. There are three common reasons an advertised price comes in under ours.
We're not accusing anybody of anything. All of this is disclosed on their own sites. The point is only that comparing a prepaid introductory rate to a month to month all inclusive rate makes the gap look much bigger than it is.
This is the difference that actually shows up in month three, and it's the one we'd point at if you made us pick a single reason to use us.
The national platforms solve the support problem with software. Found's own pricing page describes round the clock access to Aimee, its AI health companion, included in every plan. That's a reasonable product decision at their scale and for a lot of questions it's genuinely fine.
It is not fine at week three when you've been nauseated for four days and you can't tell whether that's normal or whether you should stop. That's a question for somebody with a license who can see your chart and change your dose, and at Beyond Concierge Healthcare that's who answers. You text the same number you've always texted and a nurse or provider writes back.
Everything in this table about the other companies was read off their own published pages in October 2026, and all of them change their terms regularly, so check theirs before you decide anything.
| Beyond Concierge Healthcare | The national brands | |
|---|---|---|
| Ongoing monthly price | $299 for a weekly shot, $399 for the stronger one, $200 for the daily pill. Month to month. | Generally lower advertised, with the lowest numbers tied to paying for a year up front. |
| Do you have to prepay a year | No. You never prepay to get the listed price. | Commonly yes for the headline rate. |
| Medication included | Yes, compounded and generic options, shipped to you. Branded products are separate. | Usually yes for compounded. Branded is typically billed separately. |
| First month | $375, including the visit, the medication and the meal plan. | Often a discounted introductory month that steps up afterward. |
| Who you talk to between visits | A nurse or provider with your chart open, by text. | In app messaging and support teams, with AI assistants increasingly doing the first pass. |
| Do you meet your prescriber | Yes, on video, every patient. | Varies. Some are questionnaire based with asynchronous review. |
| Where it works | Florida only, all 67 counties. | Nationwide. |
| Insurance | No, cash pay only. | Some run an insurance track. |
| Rest of your care | Same practice handles hormones, blood work and primary care, in one chart. | Weight loss as a standalone product. |
If after reading that you think one of them is the better fit for you, take it. We'd rather you pick right than pick us.
Fill this out and we will text you back today, usually within a couple of hours. Nothing to pay here.
On the headline advertised price, usually no, and we'll say that plainly. On a month to month basis with the medication and the provider included, we're close. As an example, Found's own pricing page in October 2026 lists month to month cash pay plans starting at $289 a month against our $299, and its lower headline numbers are based on paying twelve months up front. The real difference isn't the price, it's that you get a licensed Florida provider you can text.
Scale and access. The national apps are cheaper, slicker and work in all fifty states. A small Florida practice like ours gives you a named provider you meet on video, a nurse who answers your text with your chart open, and your weight loss managed in the same chart as your hormones, your blood work and your primary care.
Three usual reasons. The headline number is often a twelve month prepay price, it's often an introductory rate that steps up, and sometimes the medication, the visit or the labs are billed separately. All of that is disclosed on their sites, usually in small print under the price.
Generally yes for compounded medication, and generally no for branded products like the brand name GLP-1 pens, which are typically billed separately at pharmacy prices. Ours works the same way, and we say so on our cost page.
With us, yes, because it's one small Florida practice. On the national platforms you're usually in a pool of clinicians and increasingly an AI assistant handles the first pass on your message.
If the lowest possible monthly number is the thing that decides it for you, then honestly yes, go do that. Come to us if you want a licensed Florida provider who knows your chart, no twelve month prepay, one price with everything in it, and a practice that handles the rest of your health too.
No. Our providers are licensed in Florida and that's where we can treat you. If you move out of state, one of the national brands is the right answer and we'll tell you so.
No. Compounded medications are prepared by a licensed compounding pharmacy, they are not FDA approved products, and the FDA has not reviewed them for safety or effectiveness. They're what makes these prices possible, at us and at the national brands alike, and your provider will go through what that means with you before anything is prescribed.
Five pages and the main one, and between them they answer just about everything people ask us before they book.
